What is a notary signing agent?
A notary signing agent is a notary public that has been specifically trained to facilitate mortgage documents for borrowers who purchase or refinance their current mortgage within the finance industry. We are the critical final link needed to complete a loan. The notary signing agents play the role as the impartial witness to identify the signer, verify that all documents are signed and dated, notarize all documents, and return the executed loan package to the lender.
We are familiar with every document signed at closing, we also work with several title companies to ensure that your closing runs as smoothly as possible.

$25.00 E-doc fee up to 100 pg document package. $35 up to 150 pgs. $50 up to 250 pgs. Includes printing of 2 sets. E-doc Fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign.
$10.00 Copy Fee Up to 200 pgs. $15 up to 250 pgs. Copy fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign.
$25.00 Notary Wait Fee for 16 minutes to 30 minutes. I will wait for the first 15 minutes at no extra charge.

$65.00 Cancellation Fee less than five business (8:00-5:00) hours before the scheduled appointment.
